Hi, I'm Monique!

I built Three Blades Data because I lived the frustration firsthand. I spent years in customer service trapped in broken systems. Ancient code-based software that looked like it was made before the turn of the century, manual spreadsheets, pivot tables, time limits that forced us to rush through calls with clients.

The irony was brutal - I was getting glowing reviews from customers while being flagged repeatedly for talking too long. My team was known as rude and unhelpful, but that wasn't the truth! We cared, we wanted to help. We just had a system that was fighting us every step of the way. I was spending 90% of my time navigating admin chaos and only 10% actually helping people.

One day it hit me: this company could invest a small amount of time and money into better tools, and everything would change. Client satisfaction would skyrocket, team morale would improve, performance would multiply. But they never did, they stayed stuck.
